Quiet 2.5 L Dehumidifier with Touch Screen
Drier air in the bedroom, and laundry that finally dries
Windows covered in condensation when you wake up, a stuffy smell, laundry still damp on the airer after two days: in autumn and winter, damp quickly takes hold in closed rooms. This quiet dehumidifier was designed for bedrooms and living spaces, where a noisy appliance would never get switched on.
It removes up to 750 ml of water a day and collects it in a large 2.5 L tank, with a level gauge on the front so you know when to empty it. Placed next to the clothes airer, it dries the air around your laundry to help it dry faster. Everything is controlled from its touch screen, and its tower design, available in black, white or grey, fits into the living room as well as the bedroom.
Specifications: capacity up to 750 ml per 24 h · removable 2.5 L tank with level gauge · automatic shut-off when the tank is full · touch screen with digital display · 90 W power · 110–240 V · ABS casing · CE certified · black, white or grey · model FX-25S12A.
Your questions
Is it really quiet?
It's designed to run in a bedroom. If you're a light sleeper, switch it on before bedtime to dry the room, then lower the speed at night.
How often do I need to empty the tank?
With a 2.5 L tank and up to 750 ml collected per day, allow about every 3 days in a very damp room, and less often otherwise. It switches itself off when the tank is full.
Can it dry laundry?
It doesn't replace a tumble dryer. By removing moisture from the air around the airer, it helps laundry dry faster and prevents condensation on the windows.
Does 90 W use a lot of electricity?
It's about the same as a few light bulbs, far less than an electric heater or a tumble dryer.
